I’m still not 100% but I’m on the mend for sure. If only my brain would catch up with the rest of me. The only thing I can liken it to is if you are typing on an older computer with a slow processor and your typing and typing but what you’re typing doesn’t appear on screen straight away. When it does, usually all at once, you can see the mistakes you’ve made and then have to go back and fix them… that is what my brain is like at the moment.
Funny day today. I got a reply from the speculative CV I sent out to the sign language agency of my dreams. They are not hiring just now… But they might be able to give me freelance work if I can get myself registered. It’s a start.
I also worked on increasing my network of friends today. As I am pretty obsessed with tatting at the moment I went onto intatters.com a tatting community/forum and asked if anyone in Scotland would like to meet up. I was successful and I am meeting up with not just anyone, but the owner of intatters.com herself! I am very excited about it. I might be a beginner but I am very enthusiastic!
So much so I am going to show you what I did with the piece I made a day or two ago. I turned it into a bracelet with a piece of ribbon.
